By accessing or using AutoCrafterAI (the “Service”), including our website, plugin, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

AutoCrafterAI provides AI-assisted content generation for WordPress, including output for the Elementor and Gutenberg editors. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free or Pro). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Freemius).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. API Keys and Third-Party AI

The Service may use AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini) through an API key you provide. You are responsible for your own usage costs and for complying with those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party model output or availability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by generating unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by AutoCrafterAI and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you generate for your own sites.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCrafterAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
